Request for leave

Dear Mr Hu,

I'm very sorry that I have to ask for leave because my mother feels ill and she is having a high fever. She is in hospital and needs care. My father happens to be away on business and he cannot come back until this Saturday. I have to look after my sick mother for the two days.

I'll be back to school as soon as possible and make up the lessons miss.
